Description
This is a scan of a photo I took around 1988/89 - it shows Simon, who worked at the studios with me and in the background is the building that was demolished to make way for the footbridge to the Lowry Hotel on Deansgate in Manchester.
The River Irwell still looks as scummy now as it did then though.
I think it was a Hasselblad 500CM with standard lens (80mm) and it appears to be f2.8.
Film was always Ilford HP5 pushed 1 stop.
